Introduction

This investment allows entry to the thriving real estate market of North East Brazil with income and a structured exit strategy with high capital gain using our special purchase vehicle Prosperity Palm Springs Limited. Prosperity allows full or part purchase of a plot at as little as £10,000 and enables participation in Brazilian land acquisition without tangible possession. An annual 3 year 10% income is provided, a dividend is anticipated in year 4 and at year 4-5 the developer is contracted to sell the land plots at a price acceptable to the members of Prosperity. This product is SIPP, SSAS and QROPS compliant and is available following a self-qualification process.
